I first met Ms. Earle a week ago. She is the founder of Asheville’s Youthful HAND Center located in the Lee Walker Heights neighborhood. I was immediately drawn to her upbeat and spunky personality. She told me she stays young by walking 30 minutes a day and eating an apple a day. Her positive energy shined through. And so did her love for the children she helps.
